2. Lower debt.
3. Down payment on a car.
4. Lots of beers at bars.
5. Women
6. Sports event
7. Gaming event

My honest opinion.

You need to tell us what it's for. 4 way titan-X SLI and 2 x 1080 monitors makes no sense for gaming for example. What are your goals for this machine? If it is gaming consider the 980Ti which is a better deal.
