[SOLVED] "Input signal out of range"

So, I changed my computer's resolution from 1280 x 1024 to 1920 x 1080 (big mistake) and then restarted the system. Since then, my display is not showing up and shows the "input signal out of range" error instead. I tried going into safe mode to change the resolution but it doesn't work (even after changing it). I also uninstalled my display drivers through Device Manager (while in safe mode) and it fixes the issue until my Windows automatically reinstalls my display drivers and I restart my computer. Then the problem returns. What should I do? I only have 1 monitor and I don't want to reinstall Windows.

Edit: I run Windows 7 Ultimate.

Follow all the steps you took to go to Safe mode
Troubleshoot
Advanced
Startup options
enable low resolution video mode
restart pc
drivers shouldn't reinstall
set the display how it should be.
Thanks for the reply. Apologies as I forgot to mention I run windows 7 ultimate. I don't think these options are available on that os.
