If they have no way of retreiving the information currently, what proof is there that this is actually working now?

I mean it working in anywhere but a lab setting where everything is setup perfectly and in a totally controlled setting. What do you think all the random variables that are in the real world are going to do to the data and the way it is retrieved? What about all the random interferance we all are subjected to each day?

I am not saying it is never possible, it just isn't going to happen as soon as you may think.

250 DVDs onto a disk the size of a quarter not 1250 DVD's on a 10TB drive!
