This has not been an issue until recently, alongside that, recently my userbenchmark has shown some really low performance. Usually my PC does not underperform on benchmark runs like this either. I don't know what more details I can give but any sort of help is appreciated.

All drivers are up to date.
Reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows just over a month ago and reformated my drives.
little to no background apps are open at any time

I do not know if this is related but at times all my peripherals on my PC will disconnect and reconnect randomly and often times my discord streams have a lot of issues like audio/video desync and sometimes crash my discord

Might be worth looking into the primary storage drive as it's the biggest outlier in that UBM run. Using CrystalDiskInfo to verify status of the drive and then a CrystalDiskMark run just to see if anything looks off here either.

My Corsair MP600 write speeds look insanely slow, I don't know if that's due to some background application, a virus or some driver issue, but it should not be anywhere near that slow. I have also had my computer be a target for multiple malware attacks, ransomware and mining software, and having my mp600 be a few years old at this point could be the issue.

@thestryker is there anything you would recommend to fix or diagnose it

Yeah there's definitely something very wrong with the performance. You can check task manager/resource manager to see if there is anything activity wise on the disk. That should at least give you an idea if there's software running.

It is possible it's just the drive failing, but there's nothing being picked up by SMART.

I had valorant running in the BG even though I closed it. Ended the task and reran crystal diskmark with a faster scan and somehow got even worse write speeds. I can do some drive health checks but it realistically should not be dying like this

Update the bios what you have is old.

Run ubm like this.
Reboot.
Wait a few mins.
Run ubm with the browser closed.
Post a link to the results page.

One of the newer bios versions for instance says this,

Fix USB connectivity issue

Do get the latest chipset drivers from here,

AMD Drivers and Support for Radeon, Radeon Pro, FirePro, APU, CPU, Ryzen, desktops, laptops

I updated my bios and chipset shortly after posting the thread, but it did not fix the issue. I would send a UBM but apparently, they suck now and are asking me to buy pro if I want to run it
