Insert 'jump' insert on a google Blog (how to)

I am running Windows XP Pro V. 5.1.2600 SP3.0
I have a Google Blog, Can anyone ell me (with steps, pls) how to insert a 'jump' break in my text, so I don't have a half a mile long blog...also, is there any way I can go back & insert this into my previous/old blogs......

It would have to be in the blog's text editing software.

What I mean is, when you are on the blog, entering data, you are using their text editor to enter whatever it is you are "Typing". Depending on the sophistication of their editor, you may or may not be able to insert the "Jump", as you have described. Check for a "HELP" button on the blog when you are entering info, or contact their Tech People.
