Inspiron 545 psu upgrade

Hi I am looking to upgrade my power supply and graphics card. I want to install a HD 5850 graphics card and need a 600w PSU to fit the Dell inspiron. Dell tell me that it cannot be upgraded yet I have seen on their site an antec & star tech unit that is listed for an upgrade.

Can you specify a power unit for this? Note the sata leads for dell have 5 x wires and standard only have for, why is this?

pc power and cooling makes a dell unit for some models, but it's expensive. Check newegg for antec, ocz, or corsair units and post your question in one of the dell forums on their website. Newegg has good photos of the cable connections to see if it matches yours.
