Hey I am new to pc building. Im looking to buy the parts to my first build but have noticed that many of the cases don't have space for a disc drive. Is there a way that I can get windows 10 installed without having to buy a separate case with a disc drive .

Sure. USB.

From a working PC, create your own Win 10 USB, here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

to be fair, op didn't make it clear what he means by disc drive.

It could be DVD drive in which case making it a USB instead is the correct answer.
It could also be a hard disk drive in which case m.2 is a valid answer, as would also be SSD

Many new cases don't have space for either form factor, it depends on the size of the case as well.

What cases are you looking at?
