Install xp on a flash drive

Hi all i have recently bought a netbook but it does not have h.d.d,so i wanna use a flash drive as a h.d.d and install windows xp on it but i do not know how to do.
I wonder if some one helps me because it is very necessary to me

This will be VERY SLOW, a regular USB 2 flash drive has about 1/10th the throughput of a hard-drive.

I have a laptop and it does not have h.d.d and it is netbook and there is no way to add a hard on it and i just can use flash drive as a storage for it.
I was wondering if you could give me another suggestion.
