[SOLVED] Installed 32gb of RAM, only 28gb is available?

Hi, I've just installed 32gb of ram (16x2) of Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4 2666Mhz and in the task manager it show that there is only 29gb available at startup and 28gb a few minutes after, is that normal?

It indicate everywhere that 32gb is installed so I don't understand...

My pc:
Processor : INTEL CORE i3-9100F
Motherboard : GIGABYTE GA-H310M S2 2.0
Graphics Card: GALAX GTX 1650 EX 4GB (Twin Fan)
Storage : GIGABYTE 240GB SSD
Casing : ANTEC DP301M RGB
Power Supply : ANTEC VP500 80+ 500W OS :
OS: Windows 10
