[SOLVED] Installed GT 710; but pc hangs

My Specs are:

Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 @ 3.16 Ghz
Dolgix 8GB (2*4GB) DDR3 RAM 1333MHz
Asus NVIDIA GeForce 210 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card (previous card)
480 ggb SSD Adata
ZEB-G41-D3, LGA 775 Socket
1 PCI Express x16 slot
Zebronics ZEB450W (DSATA 20 and 4 Pin) Economy Series Desktop Power Supply SMPS with Power Cable
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64 bit OS

I recently installed Gigabyte GT 710 2 GB DDR3 low profile graphics card; Initially it was working fine and tested it by playing games for 4 hours continuously; but when i restarted the system; it hanged and showed black screen; i restarted multiple times, but the same result;
I tried it on other hard disk; but even that hard disk got hanged and started behaving the same way;

So I reinstalled my old graphic card Geforce 210; and everything started working fine on both the hard disk;

WHAT COULD BE THE ISSUE?

Is it my low spec power supply Or the GT 710 is faulty; Is this a hardware problem OR some sort of software/driver problem , please let me know. Desperately seeking a solution here.

Perhaps your old power supply jolted the poor video card and now its all black ya know. 🍩🙏✌😲
