[SOLVED] Installed new cooler, now display turns off after a while ?

I bought the Noctua NH-L9i low profile CPU cooler for my brothers old prebuilt Acer Predator g3-710 which has a gtx 970 & i5-6400 (i think?)

Upon installing the cooler the PC starts up fine but I hear a beeping noise that repeats every few seconds from inside the PC. Also after a bit of runtime the PC remains on but the display gets a ”No signal” message on it and just turns off. I’ve tried another monitor and it does the same thing. Im not at all a knowledgeable person when it comes to anything PC related so I have no idea what it could be, what I should do or try ?

Im not that knowledgeable about all these things. I dont understand why these things are happening when all I did was remove the cpu cooler, install in the new one and removed gpu cleaned out the gpu fan and put it back in

If i have to guess, what happened, it probably was #16 from the checklist i linked above.

Also, did you try with iGPU, to rule out dedicated GPU being an issue?
