Question Installed new CPU, now PC won't start with RAM OC XMP enabled

I installed an Intel i9 11900k and now my PC won't start when the memory OC profile is enabled.

I updated the BIOS on my MB (msi mpg z490 gaming carbon) to the latest version, and PC worked.
Disabled the OC profiles before installing new CPU.
PC worked fine after installing CPU.
Enabled Memory OC profile in BIOS and the PC will not boot (LED indicated RAM issue).
Did a CMOS BIOS reset and PC works...but won't work if I try to OC the RAM.

I didn't change the RAM...only installed the i9 11900K.

I have random restarts...3DMark crashes every time I run it.
