Installed OS on SSD, how do I format HDD now?

I just installed my OS on my new SSD.

I have connected 2x Hard Drives - One of them has Windows + a lot of files installed on it.
The other only a few videos.

I right click the drive and try to format it but it says "Windows was Unable to complete the format"

I don't want 2 boot options, and want to delete windows from this HDD.

Are you trying to do this in Disk Management?

Remove the 100mb boot partition from the windows hdd and then format what's left

I figured it out lol, just deleted the 2nd boot option in disk management.
Now there's just when I reboot, it says " Press any key to start XpressRecovery2..."
It's some GIGABYTE thing but I don't want it enabled.

any idea how I can turn it off? In the bios maybe?
