Not sure what you've done, but I would guess the security isn't setup correctly and SQL Server is refusing the connection from ACT!. Is ACT! asking for an account to log into the SQL Server? Can you even connect to it with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio)? Upvote 0 Downvote
