Installing a copy machine to use as a printer on a network

Hello,
I am currently running a computer on Win. 7 and I want to install a copy machine (Lanier) to use as a printer. I can't get to the server from Win 7 to install a driver so that I can install a printer.

Insure that you have the correct and most recent device driver ( http://www.lanier.com/downloads/Default.aspx?hbn=drivers ) and then you will need to assign the device a static or reserved dynamic IP address in your router (or server if it does the routing and DHCP). You should then be able to install a network printer using add a printer in devices and printers using that IP address.
