installing a new heat sink

Hey guys I'm running an Asus f2a85v pro with the a10 6800 for a processor in a phantom 410 with 2 corsair vengeance 8gig chips. My stock CPU fan is obviously not cutting it and I am wondering if I can fit theEnermax ETS-T40-BK Black 120mm Twister CPU Cooler on with it

the phantom 410 seems to be a wide case, im not 100% but im pretty sure a 120mm cooler can fit in. my corsair 750D takes a 140mm cooler no problem and also my server pc holds a cooler almost the same as that no problem, and its a thin case. so im going to go ahead and say yes.

Is my ram going to interfere though?
