Question Installing components/updates

Hello.
1. Where else can I find out about installed updates besides "update history"?

2. What versions of Microsoft Visual C++ should I install? All, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015-2022? What bitness, x64 or x86? Or do I need to install both bitnesses? I would appreciate it if you could provide links to each version. Thank you!

any legit software require the VC++ would install them. don't need to do it manually

Is there an answer to the first question? Is there a full answer to the second question?

My system is x64 bit

I usually run the WinMTR64 file and never run the WinMTR file (although, maybe I will run it anyway)

The network usually writes about installing all versions of MV C++ x64 and x86 bitness

then 64bit is enough unless it said it required the x86
