Question Installing GPU to motherboard problems

Hello, im having problems switching out gpus.

specs:
R9 270x gpu
Ryzen 5 2600x
2tb hard drive
16GB ddr4 ram
450w power supply

decided to switch out the 270x with my Nvidia 1060 3gb. everything works fine, fans lights etc, except plugging in my hmdi it says there is no signal whatsoever and its black screened on my monitor.
also, when i install the 1060 its still somewhat flimsy i guess, but theres no latch or anything to hold it completely in place

just wanted to see if other ppl were having problems like this too . thank you

also forgot to mention that the motherboard is a asus strix b450-f.
The 1060 was just working fine on another pc, with some gigabyte motherboard. but maybe its just not compatible with the strix? lmk please

what about for the Zotac GeForce 1060 3gb? i saw the power supply should be like 450W.
i already took out the r9 270x im installing the 1060
