Installing GTX 1060 mini in microATX board

I am having little trouble in installing gtx 1060 mini in microATX board. I think the heatsink is blocking it as I am not able to push it.
Please see the picture for reference.

Their nothing blocking it.
You do know how to work the tab on the end of the slot right.
