I've been using a single RAM Kingston Hyperx DD4 8Gb 2133MHz and decided to add a new one, exact same one but diferent model number, same speed and size.
Old model number: HX421C14FB2/8
New one: HX421C14FB/8
I searched for a while and apparently the model ended 2/8 supports dual channel and the other one doesn't. Does that affect on anything?

The motherboard detects that there has been a change to the memories and asks me to set up or boot normally, either option works fine and the pc turns on perfectly fine right after installing both sticks.
But once you turn it off and try to turn in on again the debug LED turns on because of the DRAM. And the computer doesn't turn on.

Also trying each memory separately works perfectly fine, is just when I use both of them at the same time.

Motherboard: MSI B350M PRO-VD PLUS
Cpu: AMD Ryzen 3 1200 Quad-Core, 3100Mhz

Solution
dual-channel mode will not be available which will limit performance.

mixing kits is usually a bad idea.
many times they wil not sync perfectly and you will suffer from further decreased performance and possible crashes or other system instability.

you should repurpose the two current modules and get a faster 2x kit.

So this problems are based on incompatibility between the two sticks? Is there any way to at least be able to use both in single channel?
If not thank you for your help!
