I hope someone can help me. I took out my secondary HDD and just replaced it with a new SSD. The original HDD was drive letter E. Now I have a blue question mark on E. I went into Disk Management to assign it a new letter to see if that would fix the issue, but only my C drive is showing in the list. The new drive is at the bottom shown as Disk 0 - Unallocated. I tried Refresh and Rescan Disks to see if it would show up in the list above, but it's not showing. I would like to access this drive, what can I do?

Solution
Where it says "Unallocated", right click on that space.
What does it say?

Probably "New Simple Volume"
Do that.
Then, Format and then give it a drive letter.
