Installing PSU Last?

Can I install the PSU last? I'm building a computer and the only thing I'm keeping from my old one is the Power Supply. That being said, I have all my parts here and ready to go except my GPU, which will arrive in like 2 weeks.

I'm tempted to put together my new computer and wait to install the PSU last, after the GPU arrives so I can still use this computer for two weeks, however all the installation video's I've seen have installed the PSU first, so is there any problem with installing it last?

No, it's fine. I've always installed PSU last as well on all of my builds.
