So I've finished building my new pc and I'm ready to get windows 10 installed. I've got a usb with the windows 10 installer on it, go to the bios on the new pc and use it as my boot drive. I go through all the steps until I reach the point where I have to select a disk to install windows on. The problem is that nothing is showing up. I have a kingston ssd and a WD 1tb hard drive, both are plugged in to SATA and to the motherboard (Asus x470 i). I've tried opening the command propt and typing in diskpart and then disk list and the only thing showing up is the USB. Even in the bios my pc cant see the new ssd and the hard drive. It says "N/A" for all SATA ports. I've checked to see if its a faulty cable but that's not the problem as I've replaced it and my fans were spinning (which are powered through SATA) What do I do from here?

Thanks for reading.

Yes the HDD does spin up.

The MB can see my ram and cpu and says temperatures. Could it be only the SATA connections on the MB that are faulty?

Resetting the bios worked. Thanks so much.
