Question Installing windows 10 stuck in loading loop

Hi guys,


I've been trying to install windows 10 through a sandisk 8gb usb for a day without luck now

The moment i boot up through usb it shows blue windows logo and dots circling underneath without any text and it just keeps on going

I've tried re-installing windows 10 on my usb multiple times
formatted to ntfs and fat32

changing the boot order/priority in bios

also i've noticed when choosing a bootable i can choose between my sandisk usb,Uefi Partition 1(i think its the files installed in my sandisk usb) and my hdd itself

bios is able to read my hdd

Please help me out

Nvm guys i had to wait for like 3 hours before it actually shows me any option

I think its because i have a really old hdd

one thing does bothers me is that geting into bios takes around 2mins

my specs are:
corsair 450 watt 80+
asrock h310m-hdv
ballistix sport lt 2x4gb 2666mhz
intel i3 8100
no gpu

like you said, get a working hdd. sound like that one is going to fail anytime
