Question Installing windows 11 after doesnt detect gpu, but for awhile it goes back.

So when i newly upgraded to win 11 it shows microsoft basic diaplay adapter. So i get to download amd a4 6210 from amd site, and when i download it and installed. It shows some erro, i think like package error, then when i force end task my laptop monitor went black and back, when i go to device manager. There is, Amd radeon r3, its now in my laptop. Did the installer that failed fixed it or did windows did it? If its windows why would it not detect after its freshly installed. Its like a hour maybe.

Btw the gpu i want is amd radeon r3, Before, i reinstalled windows 10 and amd wad detected faster. But win 11 it just detects for a long time.
