Can somebody help me? I was trying to reload Windows Media Player and now my
computer is stuck in the loading program. It gets halfway through and freezes
up. I've tried turning off the computer and restarting and it goes right back
to installing the software and freezes up at the same place, over and over. I
have over 360MB of memory, so I don't think it is a memory problem.
My computer was built at a computer shop by a professional. The computer
shop that built it has since gone out of business, so I can't consult with
them.
Thanks for any help. :)

Go to Start > Run and in the Run box copy, then paste, the following:
"C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\setup_wm.exe"
Then hit the Enter key to reinstall Windows Media Player.

Appreciate the reply, but it won't let me go to start- when I restart the
computer, it automatically goes to Windows XP loading program and tries to
reload Windows XP, then freezes in the same spot of the loading program.
Thanks again for any help. :)
