If this problem is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

check to mkae sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. if this is a new installation ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need

If problem continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory option such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components restart your computer, press F8 to select Advance Start-Up options, and then select safe mode.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

Already remove all PCI connection and disable some

First question is; what OS did you have running before XP?
Is this a new Hard drive? Is this a new system that you have built or an older one that you are upgrading? Without more info, I doubt anyone can be of much help.

Specs:

Athlon 64 2800
Epox mobo
Radion Video Card
512 Memory
80 GB HDD

It keeps on restarting... I though its just the memory
I already change the memory how many time...
Just this morning when i borrow the PC of my friend
and try to install the memory on his PC i found out
that the memory is OK...

What is the reason why is it it keeps on restarting and
even can not load to the windows?

Is it on the mobo?

this is a brand new system
