Intel 7700k spikes

Hey guys, so my im seeing some temp spikes on my i7 7700k, im using Core Temp 1.7 to check the temps, im seeing max 70*C on one core that spiked while running google chrome it stats around 35*C and sometimes it spikes and falls back again. Im using Hyper 212x and i did not overclock anything. My mobo is GA-z270-hd3. Can you help me what can it be ? I have NZXT s340 case with 1 back 1 top fan exhausting. Thanks for your help! Cheers

That seems about normal for a Hyper 212x. Can't really help if nothing is wrong. Unless your temps are 80+ I wouldn't worry.

Spikes are normal. It's a design flaw. As long as temps under load don't exceed 80+, you'll be fine.
