I want to use it in my desktop or laptop how can i find kit for it?

If your laptop and desktop both have an empty SATA port available, you can plug it into your desktop's motherboard or in your laptop, install the OS and you should be good to go.

Prior to dropping in that SSD, make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your platform.

but bro the connection of this SSD is different then Common SATA connections

and my desktop is Dell optiplex 790 core i5 2nd gen

1.8 inch drive is not compatible with standard SATA drive connector especially at the power connector portion.
1.8 inch drive have 9 pins for power compared to 15 pins for standard size SATA drive and 1.8 inch is using 3.3v comparead to 5v for normal SATA.

what you need is a converter to convert micro SATA to standard SATA
