whats the amd equivalent in terms of performance, cost, upgradability and reliability of this config:
i3 12100f
asus tuf b660m plus d4
32gb 3200 mhz ddr4 ram
EVGA 3070 XC3
GPU costs around 400 USD(used)
CPU costs around 125 USD(new)

There really isn't a "direct" comparison model that would be strictly comparable. The higher end Ryzen 3 5000 series or lower end Ryzen 5 5000 series are probably somewhat in the same ballpark but the 12100f is going to have stronger single core performance while the Ryzen models will likely have better multithreaded performance.

Right now, this is one of the best bang for the buck configurations you will find right now using Ryzen products.
