I will say that I’d never used a Lian Li case. I’m actually a tech and have been monkeying with PCs since the late 90s. My first computer was a Commodore 64 when I was 5 that mom and dad got used back in the mid 80s.

But the amount of options and things you could do with the Liam Li case was kind of overwhelming. Both side panels and the top panel are removable as well as where the fans install.

This is the case I used.

I can definitely see why people like them. I left the standoffs in the watercooling positions even though I’m using air and it worked very well. Once you get over the initial prep it’s a very nice case to work in. While my wiring wasn’t perfect I think that’s likely the best wiring job I’ve ever done.

So the final build is this.

-Lian Li Lancool 216 rgb
-Ryzen 5 7600x3d
Asus Tuf gaming b650 plus WiFi board
32gb corsair vengeance rgb ram 6000mhz ddr5 ram cl36. 2x16gb
Corsair rm850x power supply
RX 6800xt(AsRock challenger oc model)
Adata 2tb ssd for storage

2tb verbatim sata ssd for storage.

500gb Corsair gen 4 drive for boot drive.

So I think this will do well until I upgrade cpu/gpu. GPU in a year or two perhaps and then cpu perhaps later on. I’d say at least one before support for the socket ends. I’ve got newer stuff I suppose and line bargains but then I like to resell my old parts while there’s value still left in them.

Just drives me up a wall that to get into the bios of this system I have to clear the bios jumper every time for whatever reason.

Edit: so after testing if I plug my monitor into the igpu it will go to bios fine, but not if plugged into the gpu.
