Intel B75 Motherboard compatibility

Hi, i am inexpierienced with building a pc so i just have a question on the compatibilty of the Intel b75 chipset. i was thinking of getting an Acer AME600-UR368 which has the b75 chipset as well as an i5 3330 with 8gb RAM. So i was wondering if i would be able to put an amd 7950 in their. And yes i know that i need to upgrade the psu. But would everything work fine? Any answers would help greatly.

It's compatible with any graphics card that uses PCI-Express (which is all of them, pretty much).
