Hi, if I have a Dell PC that currently has a i5-10400 chip, can I upgrade with another i7 or i9 10th gen CPU? If so, is it just switch and go or will I need to adjust any internal settings?

As far as I know, it is just switch and go.

You may have heat issues; so keep an eye on cooling.

Never heard of it.

I think that graphics card might consume 200 watts at peak.

If that PSU is cheesy enough, you might run into issues with certain CPUs under a good load, even though they are compatible with your motherboard.
