Intel core 2 duo E6850 compatability issue

I just have a quick question;

Will an Intel core 2 duo E6850 work with a Dell dxp061 motherboard?? I have been trying to do research to find the best fit for my pc upgrades so it would be great if someone could answer this for me.

According to the info found here (you probably already read it), the fastest Core 2 Duo is the E6700 (1066 MHz FSB): http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/desktop/f/3514/p/18630117/18753103.aspx#18753103 The E6850 has a 1333 MHz FSB which isn't supported; it may run at a 1066 FSB, but it will be significantly slower than the E6700.
