Intel Core 2 Duo E8200 Overclock

Hi everyone!
Im new in this website and i hope to recieve some answer.Im very interested in E8200 OC temperature and how far it can be OC.My system is:
Gigabyte EP-45 Extreme Motherboard
EVGA 9800gx2 Stock
Intel Core 2 Duo OC to 3.66ghz
Kingston HyperX DDR2 1066mhz(Runing only in 900mhz,i cant switch it higher 🙁
SOundblaster X-Fi platinium soundcard
PSU 750 w Chieftec

My CPU in gaming mode is runing in 56-58c-is it ok
And will my CPU die very fast cos of OC?

I don't feel comfortable answering your primary question, so I will defer on that to someone more knowledgeable. However, although not super-knowledgeable on overclocking, I am a master at building computer systems. The Chieftec power supply you are using is the biggest piece of junk among all PS builders. I learned that the hard way, when when a Chieftec unit blew up and took out my motherboard, video card, and sound card with it. You have some very nice hardware in that computer of yours. It is a shame to power it with a piece of junk. Go get you a good Corsair or PC Power & Cooling power supply. The power supply is the most critical unit in your computer, believe it or not, for good stability and longevity. Good luck.
