Intel Core i5-2400 with the gtx 960?

i am looking for a cpu upgrade since my amd 860k is bottlenecking in some games with the gtx 960 2gb. I am gonna need to get a new motherboard but would the Intel Core i5-2400 not bottleneck in any game with the gtx 960 2gb. Im mostly gonna play games like gta v,bo3,csgo,new upcoming doom 4.

i have a budget of like $200 for a cpu and motherboard. im gonna be buying the cpu used of ebay but which skylake cpu would be good for the gtx 960?
