Intel Core i7-6700K Performance is Terrible

I am running my pc for almost 2 years. From the beginning I am not getting performance according to my expectation. Here is my benchmark result

It looks like you're running at only 800MHz. Which means either you have the "Slow Mode" switch enabled on your motherboard or you are thermal throttling. Or possibly something else.

What CPU cooler do you have? Can you verify if your Slow Mode switch is enabled/disabled?
