[SOLVED] Intel dual socket question

I have an intel d13607 board twin Xeon LGA771 now populated with two Xeon 5420s quads 2.5ghz 32GB ECC 8x4GB 667. Can someone recommend a PSU not over kill just enough to power it. No GPU to be installed just onboard. Connection are 1x 24pin + 1x 8pin.

Those are 80W CPUs. I would get a good quality 500 to 600W. Seasonic is my go-to choice.
