Intel DZ68BC not booting, help needed

Hi Everyone, I have an Intel DZ68BC that is not booting into the bios or OS. I am posting a couple of images of the motherboard and the error codes.

The error code is 31 and the 2 lights on the board status Led's are "Memory Initialization"

ERROR 31 = "Crisis Recovery has initiated by software (corrupt flash)"

I tried trobleshooting by disconnecting almost everything swapping RAM, Harddrives and nothing works. This computer was sitting inside a closet for 3 years. Not sure if this means that the motherboard is broken and needs replacing.

The board has a i5 2380P with a GTX 480 and 8gb of ddr3 1600

Fixed...the problem was on the bios. I downloaded the bios from the intel website and flashed it using a thumb drive, after that the computer booted into windows ! In case someone is having a similar issue.
