Hi , I want to build brand new PC for Internet and Multimedia and some programs like Microsoft Office.
I use Mozila , so I want to open 40 tabs for example and I want it to work without any problem.

And I think between this two configurations. I do not know which one is better for my needs. Please somebody help me to choose the right configuration for my needs . I do not know what I need for my needs more ram , better processor , better graphic card .
Here is the configurations:

Intel i3 8100 4 cores 4 threads 6MB cache
Gigabyte Z370P - D3
Kingston DDR4 3200 MHz 16GB RAM
SSD Kingston 120GB

If this configuration will have some problems for my needs to work perfectly without graphic card I will buy this graphic card:
Gigabyte PCX GeForce GT 1030 OC 2GB GDDR5 , but if I buy this configuration with graphic card I will use the same RAM but 8GB - NOT 16GB.

OR

Intel i5 8400 6 Cores 6 Threads 9MB cache
Gigabyte z370P - D3
Kingston DDR4 3200 MHz 8GB RAM
SSD Kingston 120GB

Or can you build one good pc for my needs with this components what I have mentioned above.

Please help me. I am confused..

Thank you guys!

Are we sure we really even need a discrete GPU at all, and that the CPU's integrated video might not suffice, potentially freeing up some money to up the amount of RAM back to 16 GB? (Every tab I open in Chrome takes approximately .1 GB of RAM, so, '40 tabs open' might be a stretch for 8 GB of RAM then having smooth Windows operation....)

Hi ,
If that first configuration what I have mentioned will work nice without graphic card ( I will use the integrated graphic card Intel UHD 630 ) I will upgrade to 16GB of RAM ,.
So If I need to buy Graphic Card I will buy this : Gigabyte PCX GeForce GT 1030 OC 2GB GDDR5 , but I will use 8GB of ram.

What do you think , for my needs what is better ?
Thanks.
