Solution
Check if stock cooler is seated correctly, if not your CPU could be malfunctioning.
I suggest you to purchase an after market cooler, maybe Hyper 212 Evo.

Do you have a top fan installed on that case? If so try turning the rear exhaust into an intake, if you don't have a top fan installed take the higher one from the front intake leaving just the lower one and put the one you've taken out at the top.

In both situations, the temps are normal for that he got.

If intel stock cooler the temps are realy this. In case, CS:GO sometimes up my cpu temps to 74-76ºC with a CM Hyper 212 EVO.
If GPU, its normal for the 770 get that temps. (when used 99% like heavy gaming)

Quote from the article, who is an expert...
Sustained Core temperature greater than 80C is too hot for stability or processor longevity

80c is obviously the borderline, and the CPU will continue functioning, however for longevity dropping a few degrees would be beneficial.

Let us know how you get on

This is my theory, left is currently, and the right is what I hope will happen

Beautiful I know... Currently the air that rises is getting trapped in the top as it is above the exhaust and the CPU is getting surrounded in hot air. My plan is to feed the CPU nice cool refreshing cooler air from outside the case
