Question Intel i9 9900k stuck at 7000 Memory Clock always

Apologies in advance, I'm no computer wizard but I've been having this issue for as long as I can remember and am hoping for help.

I previously, years ago, tried tweaking with OCing things in the BIOS and am not sure if this is the cause of why I've been stuck at max.

I can supply more pictures and more details as requested if anyone is knowledgeable and kind enough to assist.

Rtx 2080 stuck on 7000mz memory clock

I came for for help my brother’s graphics card is showing 7000mhz on the memory clock i dont know if this is a bug in the new geforce update but gpu-z show its @ 1750mhz witch is reasonable for but it started mess up his zoom collage courses i was thinking of doing a DDU in safe mode or wait for ...
