Intel r hd graphics 4000 trouble with skype

The camera won't work on Skype. it will turn on and then turn off in about 1 second. Is there a problem with the graphic memory or could it be the windows 8?

Have you installed the drivers? Make sure there is no problems with the USB port. Try to run Skype in run as administrator and see if that helps. Go to devic manager, find your camera under universal serial bus and see it reports any problems.

nothing to do with your graphics card missing drivers or uninstall Skype and re-install it reboot and check for updates
