Question Intel RMA Proof of purchase has a different first name

Hi!
I'm currently talking to intel to RMA my cpu, and they've asked for proof of purchase. The issue is that the first name on the receipt is my moms. Everything else on there is mine, email, phone, adress, etc. If I explained that do you think they would deny the RMA? Could I change the first name on the receipt to mine, or would they be able to check for that? Should I close the request and start over with an account in her name instead?

What's your tolerance for frustration?

If it is below average, I'd start over using your mother's name.

There's no way of knowing what would happen if you didn't. Maybe fine, maybe terrible. Why volunteer for a possible problem?
