Question Intel wants me to install ARC drivers but I dont have ARC GPU

Hello, my i wanted to update my GPU drivers and I found this app and it wants me to download Intel ARC driver.
I dont have ARC GPU. What I have is Intel UHD 750 and i5-11500. Should I download this driver? Link for latest driver?
It also wants me to enable resizable bar.

Maybe they unify their driver to include the integrated graphics stuff

personally, I wouldn’t do it unless you have a back up of your system that you can restore to
