Intel Xeon 5140 vs E5410?

Hello!

I'm trying to understand the performance difference between these two processors: Xeon 5140 & Xeon E5410?

The Xeon 5140: 65nm, 4MB cache, 2,33GHz CS, 1333MHz FSB, Dual-core, $500
The Xeon E5410: 45nm, 12MB cache, 2,33GHz CS, 1333MHz FSB, Quad-core, $275

How would those two compare? the E5410 is 45% cheaper, while being a quad-core and 45nm technology. I'm confused!

E6700 will probably be at that price only because they know there are ppl out there that still have mobos that support only 1066 FSB.
