[citation][nom]tokenz[/nom]Dont worry you can read all the mac summaries in a couple of days.[/citation]

Wile I don't mind (probably prefer) them to put all Mac news in one summary, I will be sad if computex 200 does not get the same treatment.

Many retailers are going to be looking to get a good 7+ years out of an investment like this (more upscale places will upgrade more often, but the typical upper-middle class place like Macy's will expect something like this to last). Given that by far the most expensive component is the touchscreen display, it makes sense to spend a few hundred more on a processor that is more likely to still be usable throughout the entire useful life of the display (including, presumably, a major software upgrade at some point).

With businesses struggling under the Socialist/Marxist Obama regime I don't see this happening unless it is some union store and Obama gets the taxpayers to pay for it like he loves to do.

Save it for the cross burning, Adolf.

Seems like they should just make an app for that for my android phone.

Windows embedded for something like this? Why not just run a real base linux OS with only the software they need to run all the features on the display. It seems me most non PC computer applications are choosing to run linux based OS's.

[citation][nom]builderbobftw[/nom]Why does this need so much CPU power? I would think an i3 woul;d be good[/citation]
Even an Atom processor could do the job!

[citation][nom]schmich[/nom]I would love having this at home connected to different stores. I hate walking around for hours trying to find clothes that I like.Just browse everything from at home and then order OR go out and try it without having to take detours in other shops.[/citation]

Like the internet?

We actually have something like this at my local target. It's a big touch screen pillar that you can use to look up anything in the electronics section. It'll give you details, specs, pricing, and even tell you where it is in the store and how many they have in stock. Very handy.
