A580 never made much sense when you look at the dies ACM G10 and ACM G11
2022-03-30_15-32-45.jpg

A770 is the full G10 die, utilizing all 32 Xe Cores (16 EU per Xe core), A750 using a cut down 28 Xe Cores, A580 Was going to utilize half a die at 16 Xe core, pretty wasteful.
A380 and A310 using the G11 die sporting 8 and 6 Xe cores respectively.

A580 might make sense now with the new die ACM G12 that is found in the arc pro a60 where its a new die built to 16 Xe Cores
Launching this would just clutter things further while taking sales from the others and still not offering excellent performance in a very cluttered field.
Exactly! how can it compete with the price of the A750...
