I just think Intel needs to come up with a more robust agreement. The size of the screen shouldn't be the only factor to what makes a netbook/top.

intel wants is force notebooks with bigger screens to get their higher and much expensive processors. i can't think of any policy that will be as simple.
i think microsoft has a similar policy regarding sale of windows xp.
