i have a m90 precisions dell with some battery life 50 min still founctionning.
i also have delll latitude d 830 with 1min battery life lol

can i interchange their battery?

You don't have to disassemble the laptop to take out the battery - it is kept in place by a latch, and it is easy to take out, no tools necessary.

Go to site like this, and search for batteries for both models, and see whether they match. D830 battery is compatible with some Precision models, but not sure about yours, it was 15+ years ago...
